As a firm administrator, Rima encompasses a wide range of activities with involvement in all phases of administration, personnel, finances, facilities, and marketing. Rima puts the firm’s needs and works closely with the Managing Partners on firm-wide policy setting, problem-solving and decision-making. Rima is responsible for planning, directing and controlling the day-to-day operations of the firm and for directing the implementation of firm policies.
Rima holds a bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Jordan.
Rima took several online courses during the years including the Strategy of Content Marketing and Search Engine Optimization from the University of California, Davis.
